Inspirational Thought
by Dick Evans

Most weekdays, as Dick reads God's Word, he journals what it means to him. This inspirational thought (IT) is one of those journal entries. These inspirational thoughts were revealed to me as I read the scripture included above it. This is not the only possible meaning and it could speak to you quite differently. Tomorrow it might have an entirely different meaning to me. I welcome your ideas on each of these "Inspirational Thoughts". Brought to you most weekdays (c) 2000-2007 by Dick Evans.

Comments from readers:

As usual I love the way you and Dianne are able to take a small passage of the Bible and relate it to something of relevance in today's society. I believe most all of us who read your inspirations can relate to what you two say in each of your messages. Thanks again for these wonderful messages.

I don't know how you go from this scripture to a new vehicle, salvation, and cleanup. God certainly gives you a different outlook or perspective on the scriptures and how to apply them to your everyday life.

Thank you for the inspirational thoughts they come at the right time for me. May God be with you all the time.

Thank for making me think about this. I have been one of the guilty -- I knew this -- but I do not think -- I knew it -- so as to operate in open appreciation for the behind the scene gifts of God. Thank you for helping me see clearer. Thank you for being the instrument that allowed God to remove the scales from my eyes concerning this important aspect of God.

That sounds like a statement that could springboard an eternal security debate! Just kidding! I'm enjoying your inspirational thoughts.

I am a Methodist Pastor in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and have enjoyed your emails this past year. Thank you for being a blessing to me and to so many.

I thank God for the way you listen when God talks to you for the daily "IT". You relate ideas, topics, concepts, values, directives, and promises of the Scriptures in such clear, relatable, simple ways -- it is genius.
